Inspired by Collector Curio Cabinets and my own beloved collection of natural beauties. "Cabinets of Curiosity" began in the 16th century when an interest in the natural world began to be vogue, these could be entire rooms or ornate wooden cupboards used by curious minded souls to store and display exotic specimens and wonders like a Nautilus which have offered inspiration to artists and scientific study for hundreds of years. 

'The Curio Cabinet' is a new fun take on Crewel Work which I hope you will enjoy, after I've painted the design for the background image the artwork is then turned into a digital image using computer software with stitch outlines and stitch guidance included, the design is then professionally printed Digitally onto Natural Linen fabric at 228gsm weight by a brilliant UK company to an excellent standard of print. 
All the kits come with full written and pictorial instructions and of course suitable needles to complete your project.
